Grandparents' Day gift: a month of Pilates

Pilates after 65
The Reformer and the wall unit give support: strength and balance are built without impact and without getting down on the floor. We have members in their 70s and 80s, and dozens who started after 65. Every exercise is adjusted to the person and their condition, in step with their doctor when that makes sense.
Quiet hours
There are classes in the morning and early afternoon, away from the rush. In Maia, the Off-Peak plan is two classes a week at those times, at a lower price.
From the whole family
The «From» line is free text: «From your grandchildren Tomás, Leonor and Francisca» fits. One pays, everyone signs.
How it arrives
An SMS on the day, or a printed card posted to their address: see the order-by date above. The card carries a QR code for anyone who'd rather not type links.

How it works

One to four classes a week, in Gaia, in Maia or in both studios. Seven themes, in Portuguese or English.

Who it's from, who it's for and a message of your own. You see the card before you pay.

Decide how it arrives.
As a PDF to your e-mail, always. By SMS or e-mail to the recipient, right away or on the day and hour you choose. Or printed and posted.

Pay with MB WAY or Multibanco.
The recipient opens the link, confirms their phone with a code and books the first class in the app.
Frequently asked questions
My grandmother's phone has no internet.+
She needs a phone that receives SMS; a basic one will do. Activation happens with her, on your phone or computer, using the code that reaches hers. Classes are booked in the app or with us, at the studio.
She has osteoporosis or a hip replacement.+
Tell us at activation or at the first class. The teacher adjusts and, if needed, asks for her doctor's opinion.
Does she need clothes or kit?+
Comfortable clothes and socks. Everything else is at the studio.
How much is it?+
The plan's price, paid once: from €65 for one month. The printed, posted card is an extra €10. Members get 10% off.
How long do they have to activate?+
Twelve months from the payment. The date is printed on the card.
When does the month start?+
On the day they activate, not the day you buy.
Which studio?+
The one you choose. On activation they can switch between Gaia and Maia at the same number of classes a week. Yellow covers both; Off-Peak is Maia only.
Can I give it to someone who is already a member?+
Not to someone with an active plan, for now. A former member can receive and activate it.
What if they never use it?+
You can ask for a full refund as long as the voucher hasn't been activated or expired. Once activated there is no refund; after twelve months it expires.
Do I get an invoice?+
Yes, always, in your name, with your tax number or as a final consumer, by e-mail.
Do they need to install anything?+
They need a Portuguese mobile number that receives SMS. They open the link, confirm the code and the account is created. The app runs in the browser.
Can I give it without knowing their schedule?+
Yes. The recipient picks the studio, the days and the times, class by class, in the app.

Twelve months to activate. The month only starts counting on the day they activate.
